Cancelation Policy

To ensure the best service for all our patients, we have implemented an appointment cancellation policy.
We understand that unforeseen events happen, however, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

Rebookings must occur at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time, otherwise the value of the appointment will be forfeited;

Note that the rescheduling does not depend on any confirmation message from the establishment;

The delay tolerance is a maximum of 10 minutes. We reserve the right not to serve the
customer if the delay exceeds 10 minutes;

Note that arriving for the appointment is being inside the office at the scheduled time
(parking the car, securing the bicycle and “I’m on the street now” do not count as getting there.
